Frequently Asked Questions

  1. What are the key differences between Stand Tough Hand Sanitizer Stands and most imported versions?

    1. Stand Tough Stands are based on 10 years of designing and building tablet stands for trade shows and events. In those enviroments, the stands must be attractive but more importantly, durable and functional for years. They can't fail, even when assembled and disassembled hundreds of times.

    2. The Stand Tough vertical post is engineered aluminum extrusion, which is significantly thicker and stronger than the thin vertical posts of imported stands. The base is steel to give it additonal stability.

    3. The post and base are powder-coated white. The mounting plate/drip tray is surgical stainless steel. Together, these offer unmatched durability and cleanliness.

    4. The MOD-9001, for example, weighs 18 lbs without the dispenser. Compare that to most imported stands which weigh between 9-12 lbs, which is what a gallon of milk weighs. In most cases, your sanitizer stand will be in a public area, either for customers or employees. It's important that the whatever stand you choose is sturdy, safe, and will last for years.

    5. All Stand Tough Stands are Made in the USA

  2. Do the Stand Tough Hand Sanitizer Stands have a warranty?

Yes, the Stand Tough Hand Sanitizer Stands come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty, meaning the manufacturer warranties the performance during normal use, excluding excessive wear and tear, as per the instructions. This covers the workmanship and locking systems as long as the stand has a useful life. All remaining parts are covered against defective materials or workmanship as long as the exhibit is in service. The warranty is transferable should the product be sold or assigned to another party.

The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages due to abuse, misuse, or shipping damages. This warranty does not cover aluminum extrusion scuffs, mars, and scratches from normal use, and graphics wear and tear or misuse. The manufacturer is not responsible for lost or missing parts once the owner has assembled, accepted, and used the product.

The Sanitizer Dispenser comes with a separate limited (1) year warranty.

  3. What's the availability of the sanitizer dispensers and sanitizing liquid? Can I purchase them separately?

Currently, there is ample inventory of dispensers and liquid, whether you need 2 or 200. And, yes, the dispensers and liquid can be purchased separately.

Prices depend on quantities. Request a quote.
